Erynva Support
Erynva supports macOS 11.3 or later and Windows 10 or 11. The macOS installer and release notes are available on GitHub. Windows will be available through Microsoft Store after certification.
Before reporting a problem
- Confirm that you are using the latest Erynva release.
- Try the operation with one local PDF that is not password-protected.
- Check that the destination folder is writable and has free space.
- Keep the exact non-sensitive error message and your Erynva version.
Report an issue
Use the public Erynva issue tracker and include your operating system, Erynva version, the steps that led to the problem and any non-sensitive error text. Do not attach PDFs, extracted document text or other private information.
Privacy
Erynva processes documents locally. Read the Erynva Privacy Policy for details about app data, website visits and external links.
